SILICON VALLEY AND SOF, VIRTUAL, AUGUST 12-13, 2020 AND JANUARY 28-29, 2021 THIS VIRTUAL EVENT CONVENED OVER 140 INDUSTRY, GOVERNMENT, AND INDUSTRY REPRESENTATIVES TO DISCUSS HOW BEST TO ADVANCE THE PACE OF TECHNOLOGY DELIVERY INTO THE HANDS OF THE WARFIGHTER; FOSTER DUAL-USE TECHNOLOGIES FROM COMMERCIAL INTO THE PUBLIC SECTOR; AND DEVELOP PARTNERSHIPS BETWEEN APPLIED RESEARCH GROUPS IN ACADEMIA, INDUSTRY, AND GOVERNMENT. THERE WAS A PROMINENT ROLE FOR STUDENTS AT THE NAVAL POSTGRADUATE SCHOOL AND THE EVENT INCLUDED WORKING GROUPS FOR ATTENDEE INPUT AND FEEDBACK.
