WE ARE COMMITTED TO TRANSFORMING MIAMI-DADES POLITICAL CULTURE THROUGH OUTREACH, MOVEMENT BUILDING, AND COMMUNICATION STRATEGIES WHILE BOLDLY ADVOCATING FOR CLIMATE, ECONOMIC, HEALTH, IMMIGRANT, AND RACIAL JUSTICE.WE BUILD THROUGH MANY INTEGRATED EFFORTS INCLUDING: ORGANIZING and TRAINING PROGRAMMED VIRTUAL PANELS AND IN PERSON GATHERINGS AROUND TOPICS IMPACTING OUR COMMUNITIES - SPECIFICALLY CLIMATE JUSTICE, ECONOMIC JUSTICE, ACCESS TO HEALTH CARE, IMMIGRATION REFORM, AND RACIAL JUSTICE ENGAGED IN REGULAR 1-ON-1 MEETINGS WITH COMMUNITY LEADERS TO IDENTIFY SHARED INTERESTS AND POTENTIAL COLLABORATIONS. DEVELOPED A STRONG BASE OF YOUNG PROGRESSIVE LATINX MIAMI LEADERS AND OFFERED (3) TRAINING AND WORKSHOPS ON ORGANIZING AND MOVEMENT BUILDING. PROVIDED (2) MEDIA TRAINING FOR SURROGATES IDENTIFIED THROUGH PROGRAMMING. MESSAGING and RAPID RESPONSE PRODUCED (2) OP-EDS TO ADDRESS CURRENT ISSUES IN SPANISH AND ENGLISH LANGUAGE MEDIA.
