IS AN ORGANIZATION OF SCRAP METAL IN THE STATE OF . THE PURPOSE OF THE ORGANIZATION IS TO UNITE SCRAP METAL TO COMMUNICATE WITH ONE ANOTHER, SHARE INFORMATION ABOUT THE INDUSTRY, EDUCATE ONE ANOTHER ABOUT LEGISLATION, AND FIGHT LAWS WRITTEN TO HINDER THE SCRAP METAL RECYCLING INDUSTRY. THE ORGANIZATION CONSISTS OF ONE GROUP OF MEMBERSHIP THAT MEETS TWICE A YEAR. DURING EACH MEETING, THE MEMBERS DISCUSS AREAS AFFECTING SCRAP METAL RECYCLING, ESPECIALLY RELATED TO LEGISLATION. DURING THE MEETINGS, THE ORGANIZATION GENERALLY FOCUSES ON TWO ASPECTS: (1) INDUSTRY RELATED INFORMATION, AND (2) PERSONAL GROWTH OF THE MEMBERS.

Assist at-risk youth

THE FUND WILL GIVE OUT SCHOLARSHIPS FOR STUDENTS WHO WILL BE GOING INTO THE FIELD PUBLIC SERVICE. MAINLY FOR STUDENTS WHO ARE PURSUING THE FIELD LAW ENFORCEMENT OR FIRE FIGHTER.

PRIOR TO TERMINATION APRIL 2021, WAS AN INDEPENDENT EDUCATIONAL ORGANIZATION CREATED TO FOSTER GREATER APPRECIATION US CONSTITUTION SO THAT ALL AMERICANS AND PARTICULAR YOUNG AMERICANS, CAN PARTICIPATE DEBATE AND DECISIONS ABOUT FUTURE OF NATION. TOWARDS THAT END, PARTNERSHIP WITH MARTIN COUNTY FLORIDA SCHOOL DISTRICT, WE OFFER COLLEGE SCHOLARSHIPS TO HIGH SCHOOL STUDENTS WHO DEMONSTRATE A SUPERIOR KNOWLEDGE AND UNDERSTANDING OF US CONSTITUTION. WE ALSO PROVIDED OVER PAST YEARS EDUCATIONAL OPPORTUNITIES GENERAL PUBLIC BY BRINGING CONSITUTIONAL EXPERTS AND OTHER SPEAKERS TO LOCAL VENUES. OUR PROGRAMS WERE SUPPORTED THROUGH DONATIONS BY INDIVIDUALS, BUSINESSES AND ORGANIZATIONS SHARING OUR MISSION. EFFECTS OF COVID-19 PANDEMIC MADE IT ALMOST IMPOSSIBLE TO RAISE SUFFICIENT FUNDS TO CONTINUE. ACCORDANCE WITH OUR BY-LAWS, WE DISTRIBUTED OUR REMAINING ASSETS TO MARTIN COUNTY SCHOOLS

purposes of Corporation, as set forth in Articles of Incorporation, are exclusively charitable, educational, or religious, within meaning of section 501(c)(3) of Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or corresponding provision of any future Federal tax law ("Section 501(c)(3)"). specific purposes of Corporation are to provide a charitable Christian organization that supports women and their children that have come from abusive environments including but not limited to domestic violence and human trafficking. This is accomplished through housing, education, employment, farming, and discipleship.
