primary purpose Corporation is to promote interests its physician members who practice in market area ( "Physician Business Community") Center Trinity, Inc. ( "Hospital"), in connection with their business providing healthcare services to patients at Hospital and elsewhere, and to provide assistance and advice to such members regarding issues relating to hospital, their priveleges, and their business interests as such are affected by business and healthcare activities Hospital.Among critical issues facing Physician Business Community is how to maintain their practice independence and pursue other healthcare business opportunities, while at same time maintaining and improving their business relationships with Hospital.

THE ORGANIZATION WAS CREATED TO OPERATE FOR THE PURPOSE OF DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY ACCEPTING CONTRIBUTIONS AND OR MAKING EXPENDITURES TO INFLUENCE STATEWIDE CONSTITUTIONAL BALLOTS OR OTHER ISSUES THAT PROMOTE BUSINESS AND EMPLOYMENT. THIS IS ACCOMPLISHED PRIMARILY THROUGH MAKING EXPENDITURES FOR COMMUNICATIONS THAT ATTEMPT TO INFLUENCE THE ELECTION OF THE BALLOT INITIATIVE AND OR REFERENDUM TO INFLUENCE THE ELECTION OF A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT.

TO SUPPORT AFFILIATE MEMBERS THEIR ABILITY TO CONDUCT A THRIVING BUSINESS BY FOCUSING ON SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, DEVELOPING INNOVATIVE PRODUCTS PROGRAMS, DELIVERING RESOURCES

The Credit Unions represents -affiliated credit unions in the area, providing educational and networking opportunities for our credit unions and their business partners. Our purpose is is to: Promote cooperation among credit unions within the Support the growth credit unions Promote and support the League Southeastern Credit Unions Sponsor educational programs Promote grassroots advocacy efforts in support the credit union movement Encourage credit union participation in the community

The shall be operated exclusively for charitable purposes within the meaning of Section 501 (c)(3). The purpose of the Organization is to support other 501 (c)(3) non-profit corporations.
